The Partnership will focus on investing in highly differentiated
opportunities with the potential to become major businesses. CVP
will invest in companies that can take advantage of the unique strengths
of the Partnership. CVP will in particular seek to identify dual
use products important to both the commercial and government markets.
The Principals will seek investments with some of the following
attributes:
- Exciting, innovative technologies that are well protected
- Attractive market, clearly defined need
- Strong management team identified with specific market experience
- Potential strategic partners to validate the commercial viability
of the technology, provide financial resources, and open doors
- Milestone driven commercialization plan with multiple exit
paths
