InSitech, a non-profit partnership intermediary, supports the U.S. Department of Defense's engagement with suppliers throughout the innovation technology development life-cycle.
We identify, develop, and demonstrate enabling technologies that leverage small business innovation, private sector investment and academia research, managing efforts from requirements to research & development to testing through initial integrations.
Other Transaction Agreements
(OTAs)
Since 2004, we have been contracted by the Department of the Army under numerous OTAs to prototype various products and processes to deliver on requirement and foster technology innovation. Working with our subcontracting partner team members, we work with agencies across the Department of Defense, expanding the government's reach with true non-traditional suppliers. This has opened up many new partnering opportunities to effectively assist the DoD collaborate with the private sector, through the identification of non-traditional partners who likely would never have worked with the government.

Picatinny Applied Research Campus (PARC)
Under the Army’s Enhanced Use Lease Program, InSitech partnered with a leading real estate developer, Advanced Realty Group, to establish the Picatinny Applied Research Campus, creating the opportunity for mission-related tenants to gain a presence at a premier government R&D facility.
Deployed Childcare Assistance Program (DCAP)
InSitech created a charity in collaboration with a former Secretary of the Army with a mission to improve the quality of life for the family of a deployed Warfighter, as their loved one serves our great country. Charitable donations are provided to military programs and related worthy causes.
